A Little Note to Begin

The Purpose of “A Day On The Plains” is:

A. to help me better understand my illness, personality, motives, flaws, self image, and in general, to help me see myself more clearly.

B. to help others who might be struggling with similar issues as me to know they are not alone and that they can find support here.

C. to share my experiences with my friends, family, and the world at large.

Kind words will always be welcome, but I’m not looking for pity.

I believe that everyone is entitled to their own thoughts and opinions and I respect that.  I like to share mine in the hope that someone can relate.

I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences so please, Leave comments!

Most of all, I hope you enjoy this little piece of cyberspace that I call my own.  The good and the bad because that is what life is; full of spice.  If it weren’t what a droll place earth would be….

  1. Blogging is an excellent method of dealing with any condition, mental or physical. I’m sure that you will meet like-minded people and discover plenty about yourself through the act of blogging. I have blogged about suffering from CFS (a physical, not mental condition) and have met other sufferers and actually felt part of a community, if that’s a good thing!

  2. For ye not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Rom 8:15

Isaiah 62:3 days you will become a crown of Glory in Gods hand, and you will become a royal in His hands. But after Jesus it has come to fulfillment. You are a royal priest and a co-inheritor of the Kingdom of God with Jesus. You have authority and dominion over earth because the crown Adam lost has been returned to you through the Lord Jesus Christ.

May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; may the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.

The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. Choose to be set apart. He says; I love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you, ….

Trust in His gracious love with all your heart … in His mercy your heart shall rejoice in His salvation. … lest at any time your enemy says: I have prevailed .
